Bánh hành lá có rất nhiều kiểu nhiều biến tấu khác nhau, nay mình thử cách làm bánh hành chiên giòn tan với nguyên liệu đơn giản chỉ cần bột, hành lá và dầu chiên là đủ rồi đấy. Bánh có lớp vỏ giòn rụm và hành thơm lừng, beo béo chấm cùng tương ớt cực ngon.
Trong một tô lớn, cho 130g bột mì, 430ml nước vào rồi dùng cây đánh trứng đánh đều đến khi thành hỗn hợp mịn mượt. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ rồi cho vào âu bột trộn đều, nêm 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê bột ngũ vị hương. Tiếp tục khuấy đều.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo đến khi già, dùng muỗng lớn múc bột cho từ từ vào chảo làm sao để tạo thành hình tròn lớn vừa đủ chảo, lấy một cái muỗng nhỏ thu phần rìa bánh gọn lại. Chiên một mặt bánh từ 2 - 4 phút rồi lật ngược lại chiên tiếp cho đến khi chuyển sang màu nâu vàng đẹp tất cả các mặt thì vớt bánh ra để ráo dầu.
Cắt bánh thành từng miếng vừa ăn và thưởng thức thôi nè. Bánh nóng hổi, giòn rụm cực ngon.
