I didn't think Green Lantern was that bad. Movie started off slow but was alright. I think a sequel wouldve been better than the first.

Typical marvel fanboy (watch but dont read), the thing that charge the ring at the bginning IS the lantern and deadpool is fox movie not marvel. The only problem in the movie is the story.

Green Lantern should've been awesome. Still pissed it faltered. It's essentially a cop/army film but with explosions in space. Can't believe they couldn't get that right.

I actually like Green lantern and for those who complained about the glowing suit well if you ever paid attention to the older cartoons and the comics he had a green aura around him. In the comics well you can't make things glow. Granted when he was not using his powers it should have probably dimmed or stopped glowing which I did notice in one of the older cartoons but cannot recall if it ever did not have the aura in the comics.

It's called green lantern because the source of their power is a lantern, in which they recharge their rings. This is strange but believe me the whole history of the character is fucked up. The golden age was trippy as hell.
